Unordinals — from ETH to Ordinals
In early 2023 there was no Ordinals tooling — no launchpads, no marketplaces. Mints and trades lived in spreadsheets. We launched on Ethereum on 2023‑02‑10 so people could collect and trade while inscriptions rolled out on Bitcoin. The promise was simple: burn your ETH Unordinal to receive the Ordinal at your Taproot address. One‑way only. First burn: 2023‑02‑12.
How it works
- Approve the bridge (one‑time, revocable).
- Select your token(s) and enter a Taproot address (bc1p…).
- Burn on Ethereum. We deliver the Ordinal to your BTC address.

Why do I need to approve?
Approval lets the bridge move your Unordinal for the burn. It's one‑time and revocable at any time.
Which BTC addresses are supported?
Taproot mainnet only (addresses starting with bc1p…).
Can I undo a burn?
No. Burns are irreversible. Double‑check your BTC address.
When will I receive my Unordinal(s)?
Delivery is a manual process right now (no automated backend). It may take up to 3 business days, but it’s usually much faster. If you need help or an update, open a ticket on the Unordinals Discord server and include your burn tx hash and BTC address.
